Why ValleyMen exists
I'm still climbing too.
ValleyMen was not built by someone standing at the summit shouting instructions. It was built by a man who knows what the bottom feels like.
The bottom
At my heaviest, I weighed over 300 pounds. My health was falling apart. I ended up in the hospital and was diagnosed with diabetes. I watched a marriage fall apart. I lost a business.
I had seasons where I felt incredibly confident about where my life was headed—and others where I had absolutely no idea what came next.
“The valley isn't the end of the story.”
The rebuild
There was no movie montage. No perfect Monday when motivation suddenly appeared and stayed forever. There were hard days, bad decisions, missed workouts, and starting over.
But slowly, the work started to compound. One better meal. One walk. One workout. One honest conversation. One promise kept. Over time, 307 became 190—and the physical change opened the door to something much bigger.
Why I built ValleyMen
I built ValleyMen around the system I wish I had: a clear plan that accounts for the whole man, tells you what to do next, and does not pretend the climb will be perfect.
This is not a crash diet, an ebook, or a 90-day transformation challenge that leaves you stranded on Day 91. It is a bodybuilding program only in the broadest sense: we are building your body, your discipline, your confidence, your relationships, and the life you actually want to live.
“I did not figure everything out. I learned how to keep climbing.”
What I promise
- I will tell you the truth, even when it is uncomfortable.
- Your plan will be built for your life—not someone else's.
- We will adjust when life changes the trail.
- I will never ask you to pretend this is easy.
- I will keep climbing alongside you.
This isn't about perfection.
It is about becoming one step stronger tomorrow.
